I was having problems with my air conditioning in my car. The dealership where I bought it wanted to charge me $2,000 to fix the problem even after charging me for the initial visit. I decided instead to take it to Gary's because I had heard from a friend how trustworthy they are there,and there's a limited guarantee on their work. My first visit at Gary's we thought the problem was fixed,then it started happening again. And on the hottest days of the year. Gary's got me back in promptly,did further troubleshooting, fixed the problem, and when they called to tell me my car was ready,they told me there was no charge for that visit. They really are trustworthy, honest,good people. I go back for oil changes that the dealership charged me twice as much for. I highly recommend Gary's Automotive.

Wow, where do I start? I cannot properly articulate just how amazing Gary and this team are. I am a solo female traveler with a 19 y/o cat moving across the country with all of my belongings to California and ran into car troubles with my U-Haul trailer right outside of Grand Island. I came in on a Sunday and there just so happened to be a mechanic (wish I remembered his name) working there and he was so kind to try and check if my problem could be a quick fix. Spoiler alert, it wasn’t, but it was so incredibly nice for him to offer that and for Gary to give permission for that attention when the shop was technically closed. They were able to get me squeezed in the next morning on Monday and my problem required quite a bit of time diagnosing. Turns out my SUV was entirely incapable of towing pretty much anything. Gary, Tara, and Ory made me feel safe and comfortable and treated me with so much care and respect throughout what was an incredibly stressful and difficult time for me. Gary gave me a lift to my hotel while I was without my car and even helped me get to the U-Haul in town to navigate my process of removing the trailer. He had my back in ways I will never be able to repay

Quick and friendly service, as always! They kept me updated about their findings and made sure I wanted to proceed before doing anything. Excellent communication. Everything was perfect when I picked up and overall just very efficient!

I had a great experience at Gary’s Quality Automotive. They treated me very well, took the time to properly diagnose the problem, and fixed the issue efficiently. The staff was honest, professional, and transparent throughout the whole process. What impressed me the most is that after resolving the problem, they didn’t charge me for the service. That level of integrity and customer care is hard to find. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service.

This is a very nice garage with lots of knowledge and the employees are very nice and smiling and professional everybody there as a good attitude ! On our way from Montreal Quebec to San-Francisco, our Mercedes Sprinter broke : our fuel filter was clogged: it happened on the road nearby and after a few calls we decided to come here! The owner Gary permit us to sleep in the parking lot in our RV while waiting for the parts to come in, and they repaired our vehicle the very next morning !! and there we go at noon the next day we were back on the track for our vacation. Gary even lend us his personal vehicle during the time we were waiting! The owner of Gary is a wonderful man that is also interested in restoring old vehicle is Son also is a great person! Our attributed mechanic was initially Caleb that scanned the vehicle and initiated the repair path! .., then John took over and he did a extraordinary job in a matter of no time!! The receptionist Vera has a great attitude and a great smile!! In all : this was a 10/10 experience!!
